1. Check out if the Proportion Pump is up to the top or not. If yes, then it means there is no adhesive in the pump, take out the glass on the machine. Turn the knob to autorun and push the button, when the adhesive is full, turn to manual operation.   

2. Turn to clean status, if no white glue come out and there are pressure on the proportion pump, then it means the glue mixer is blocked. Demount the parts between glue mixer and glue nozzle and clean them. Check out the hydraulic station if the white comes out. 

方法：

手動狀態下，打開二次泵  讓二次泵液壓電機啟動，液壓站壓力表的壓力和設定壓力是否一樣，如果有壓力，檢查換向液壓電磁閥是否卡住或壞掉;

如果沒有壓力，檢查液壓電機是否運轉（如改過電線反轉也不會有壓力）如果運轉說明比例閥堵住了，需要在專業人員的指導下用煤油進行清洗
如果是指示壓力總是20公斤左右，可能是溢流閥堵住了，把溢流閥清洗一下就可以了
如果液壓電機不轉檢查一下配電柜里的接觸器是否吸合
